To answer your question... (I don't know how else to answer except on YOUR blog. :) The house is a bank own in Moonridge (around the corner from Birch's) but we've decided it's more than we want to spend whether we 'can' or not. Now we're trying to decide if we should buy a less expensive one (something like Alissa's house) or just keep renting until we feel comfortable buying what we really want which is something more like the one in Moonridge. It's also a possibility to rent Alissa's house. That's a good option too.
